Dear Wildwater Racers and Friends:

This E-zine is dedicated to the 2009 USA Wildwater National/International Mega-Festival to be held at FIBArk in Salida, Colorado. The dates are June 16 through 21. The first 3 items in this newsletter are about FIBArk.

The first article is the press release announcing the Wildwater events. Next is the Wildwater timeline with more details about each event.

Finally, Denny Adams has put together a great article "The Essential FIBArk". I found it to be great reading, and I loved viewing the film clip of the 1949 FIBArk race. (The link is in Denny's article.)

While FIBArk is foremost in our thoughts, we can't forget the 2009 World Cup events coming later this year. The last article is the latest news from the ICF about the World Cup races to be held in Tasmania.
