Dear Wildwater Racers and Friends:

By now the members of the USA WIldwater Team who are competing in the Wildwater World Cup (hopefully) arrived in Tasmania. Tom Wier (C-1), Chris Norbury (K-1M) and Jennie Goldberg (K-1W) will be representing us. See the first article to learn how you can follow Chris and Tom's blogs. The article also contains a link to the organizers website where you will find a lot more info about the World Cup.

The Wildwater Committee is looking for qualified individuals to serve on the 2010-11 USACK Wildwater Committe. See the article in this e-zine for details about the nomination and election processes and an overview of the duties of each officer.

I have also included two articles with the results and other information about the 41st Annual Southeastern Wildwater Championships and the 17th Annual Upper Gauley Race.

The current 2009 Wildwater Rankings are also available on USAWildwater.com. Look for the link to the rankings in the lower right corner of the home page. The races that are included in the rankings are noted in the 2009 Wildwater Calendar.
