New Year's Training Camp at NOC
Chris Norbury is organizing a New Year's Training camp at NOC from the evening of Friday December 27th until Thursday January 2nd. The camp is being hosted at NOC and Chris Hipgrave has arranged a cabin at NOC for us to stay in free of charge. At the camp we'll touch on training theory, video analysis on both the flat and the rough, resistance training, stroke drills and endurance workouts with the exact composition defined by attendees. If you anticipate attending please let Chris Norbury know as soon as possible so he can make sure we have a cabin that can accommodate all of those who want to stay. We've had these camps in years past and they have always been very valuable to those who attend.
